We accept unused, unwashed, and undamaged products in their original packaging or with tags within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or return.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the current item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days after we receive your returned item. Please note that refunds will exclude cargo/courier charges.
